How did you choose Browsholme Hall as your wedding venue?
We were really set on the Ribble Valley as a location and viewed a number of venues in the area. For us, Browsholme Hall just ticked all the boxes. We loved the Barn, the outdoor courtyard, the lake and the stunning views! We just knew that this was where we were meant to be married!
What were your favourite moments on the day?
Where to start! It’s a cliché, but for us, it really was the perfect day from start to finish. After so much uncertainty and stress in the run up to the day it was just amazing to be able to celebrate with all of our friends and family! Some highlights were walking down the aisle, it just felt like the moment that we had been waiting for for sooo long! We also don’t think we’ll forget our wedding breakfast in a hurry – seeing all our guests waving their napkins in the air and stood on their chairs was pretty spectacular!
What did you first dance to?
We chose ‘My Destiny’ by Lionel Richie. We don’t really have ‘a song’ as such but we just thought that this really captured ‘us’. It was the right amount of fun and romantic! And who doesn’t love a bit of Lionel!
Are you going on honeymoon?
We spent 4 nights in Whitby after the wedding, it was lovely to just spend some time together eating and drinking and reminiscing on our magical day! We have Singapore and the Maldives booked for April – we have everything crossed that we’ll be able to make it there!
How did you choose me for your Browsholme Hall wedding photography?
We found you on Instagram, you were suggested as an account to follow. I was blown away by your page, the images were all just utterly stunning! We loved the airy, romantic look of your photographs – we just felt like your style would capture our day perfectly. It’s so important to choose the right photographer for you as these are literally what stays with you forever! The photos are just incredible and we have already had so many compliments.
To add, just really the biggest thanks to you Sarah. From the moment you arrived, you fit in perfectly and were just like an extra friend there with us all! Everyone commented to say that you were just fab and the guests barely noticed you were there (in the best way!) We just had such a lovely time with you and are so grateful for your patience and general loveliness! Thank you so much!! xx
